How to Downgrade plan in o2?

Hello Team,

Good Morning, How are you?

I have o2 contract, now I want to downgrade plan as my finacial status is not so good.

Currently I am having very high monthly rate(44,99 Euro) and i need to reduce this as soon as
possible. Can you please help me?
