I purchased a connection on 14-12-2016 and signed a contract, I am yet to get the device and any connection instructions. I would like to cancel the connection as I have changed my mind. Please help me and let me know what needs to be done. 



Is it a DSL or mobile concern?

Thank you for your response, it's a DSL and I checked for the status and it is still under process.
