I had a problem with the last payment of my account with the telefon number 0176xxxxx791
The payment was taken from my account the day 13.11.17, but the same day, the same amount was given back by telefonica.
Today i have received a e-mail that i didn't make the payment. I'm no longer in Germany since 01.08.17 and I even told that i would leave the country in that day. Can someome explain it to me what's the problem? I can't make the online payment since i no longer have my old number avaible, since the contrat ended 23.10.17
