From Prepaid to Postpaid

Dears,
Currently, I'm a prepaid subscriber and I want to move to a Postpaid plan. Is this possible online or I should go to any customer service office.

Please advise.

welcome to the o2 Community!

In prinicple it is possible to change to a postpaid-plan and you can make it online. A visit in a service office is not necessary.

Plase note, when you change to a postpaid-contract you get a new mobilenumber. A porting order from o2 to o2 is not possible.
