As far as I can see, the last amounts you paid match your last two bills exactly, there is currently no extra money in your o2 account.
In case this happens, you can be sure it will be added to the next/upcoming bill, that bill will then be reduced by the amount you previously overpaid.

but still my internet is not working

there are currently no errors or limitations visible in your account.
But I have reset some of your parameters, so please try and turn off your smartphone completely, and then restart it to see if you can connect to the internet afterwards.

Hi Jan. thank you so much for looking into the matter. I tried restarting my phone but still it is not getting connected to internet.

Yes, it's working fine. VPN was not set earlier.Thank you
