I downloaded my invoice online and was shocked to see additional 49,95 amount that i need to pay for services that I did not conclude. I paid my invoice less this amount. O2 has recognized my payment but insist that I pay 49,95. Because i refuse to pay this they cut my internet connection and got an SMS that they will connect me again to internet once i paid this open amount. Why does O2 manipulate and threat their customer? Anyone can help me in this case?
