O2 activated my DSL on 13 MAR 2018, however I can still not get the DSL/WiFi to work. On the router, only the power and WLAN are green. The DSL light does not come on at all. I’ve restarted the router multiple times and i have unplugged the cables. Nothing has worked.
My landlord and I have called O2 multiple times without reaching a solution to the problem. O2 said they were going to do a check from there end on my DSL and get back to me, but they have not. It’s been almost a month without internet and I’m trying to resolve the issue. Any suggestions?

No chance, if you have no connection to a internet provider. Sorry to say that - you must wait. Maybe technician required?
