wre you already able to contact our technical DSL hotline to open a trouble ticket for this issue? If yes then every step necessary will be taken to fix this as soon as possible.
Or is your DSL connection stable again? Then it is possiböle that there was a maintenance that cuased the interrupts.
If this issue still persists and you did not call the hotline already feel free to use the DSL Hilfe App as@schluej already suggested that will do a basic trubleshoot.
If you do not speak any german at all I trecommend to call with a friend of yours to contact the technical DSL hotline since we can not promise that you will reach an english speaking agent.
