Hello,



My contract termination date was 28 March 2019 yet I still receive bills each months since then. My O2 login says my services are deactivated. I have the documentation that I sent in and emails saying the contract would end at that time. Can I get some assistance clearing this up?

I confirm that the deactivation of your contract was postponed from 28th March 2019 to 4th June 2019. The reason is that the deactivation was not successful on 28th March 2019.



Of course, you do not need to pay the amounts that were charged from 28th March 2019 onward. For this reason you will get a credit on your bank account within the next 2 weeks.
