I have a Prepaid Data Pack L plan which was going to end on 18/08/2019. So, last Friday I charged more than 10 euros in order to allow this plan to renew automatically. But instead, the plan to change to my Prepaid S and my money. Then I charged 10 euros and renewed Pack L.



So, I have 10 euros and now I have 2 active plans for the same phone number. This is bad, I just entered into my O2 to recharge money and changed my plan.
