I got a letter from o2 included with a sim card.But I do not want this.Will they charge me for this.

thank you for contacting us regarding this issue. Unfortunately I do not have access to your data at this point. Did you sign a contract? Maybe a contract providing you with an extra free SIM-card? Was your old SIM-card outdated when you signed a contract?

yes of course.Today I got an email about the are gonna charge me 33 euro for service..I didnot even activate the sim

you ordered several times since October 10th a mobile phone contract and different mobile phones. They were nearly all rejected, except the first mobile contract one from October 10th. But it seems you did not pay the higher amout for the prepaiyment, so the Samsung Galaxy S9 in black itself was also cancelled, but not the mobile phone contract. The SIM-card belongs to this actuel contract with phone number xxx428. The SIM-card itself has not been charged, it belongs to the contract and is free by starting a new contract. You pay für your contract a monthly sum and for the non-recurrent attachment charges, that arrises for every new contract. You also received a letter for this contract from us by post, that informed you about the contract you have made.

the revocation period is only 14 days, so it is over. You can now only quit your contract by post or fax until August 19th 2020 to November 19th 2020.

You can't cacel your contract by this forum.

I checked my sim in My o2 service..I see I am using O 2 Blue Basic for 9.99€ monthly.So why am I being charged for 33.95€?

if you'll take a look at your bill, you'll see, that you have to pay the activation fee of 29,99 Euro. This fee always arises once for a new contract and was announced in your "Tarifinfomail" you received in November by email.

The way to abrogate your contract, is the way I showed you above.

if you don't use offerings that cost extra fee, like calling from Germany to foreign countries or offerings from third-party supplier, you should pay only the fee of 9,99 Euro for the o2 Blue basic.
