Cancellation of contract - Kündigungsvormerkung

Hi,

I need to cancel my mobile contract. I got the Kündigungsvormerkung online and I have the number which it says I need to call within the next 10 days in order to finalize the cancellation. But I was hoping that someone here could help me do the cancellation online because the customer phone line is only in German and My German isn’t that good. Is it possible to finalize the cancellation this way rather than calling the number? The number I need to cancel is 0176-22831092 and my customer number is 6008848873.
please let me know if you need any additional info to do the cancellation.

You can't terminate your contract here. If you can't complete the termination by phone the best thing to do would be to send a letter to o2. Send it by registered post so you have proof of delivery.
