Hello!
I am moving out of Germany permanently in the end of this month and therefore I would like to cancel my 24 months contract. I am aware of the cancellation fee and I have already sent the letter to Nuremberg about a month ago, but I have not received any confirmation and it still says that my contract goes until 2020 on "Mein O2". Should I do something else? Who can I talk to about this?
