Estou mudando para o apartamento, e já tenho uma conexão com a internet, tenho para contrato meu de DSL.



Meu contrato é de 24 meses, mas eu acabei de usar por 6 meses. Como eu poderia proceder? Tentei como 02 mas não falo inglês.



Por favor, como posso cancelar meu contrato?

okay, there is no right for an extraordinary cancellation due to moving to another appartment. Please request a move right here: http://g.o2.de/WVu

If it doesn't word: http://g.o2.de/W8n

You will have to print the form and send it to the address mentioned on top of the paper



We will check if DSL can be ordered at your new adress. It is not crucial if the line in your room is busy we just take a look at the main distribution if there is a port available. Now there are two ways to handle:



If the check says no: we will charge you three basic charges in advance and you're out

If the check says yes: we move to this port and you pay the monthly fee until the end of your contract ( remember the proper notice)



What happens without your request to move? If you just send a cancellation letter and ask for an extraordinary termination we will charge you 18*basic charges at once. That might be a bit expensive.
