Hi! I would like to cancel my Prepaid M package, the whole contract, but as I registered my debit card info there’s no simple way to do it, is there a way to cancel my chip and do it in English? I tried to comunícate several times but they only speak German. Or as it is prepaid should I just stop worrying? Do u have a support e-mail in English?

Hi @Mari97 ,
welcome to the o2 community!
In general, it should be possible to change, activate, or deactive packs in your Mein o2 account or the Mein o2 app.
Still, as this occasionally is temporarily unavailable, I have now deactivated your o2 My Prepaid M package, so it won't be booked automatically once the right amount of money is in your account anymore.
Best regards,
Jan.

Thank you very much! I’m actually looking forward to cancel the whole number as I won’t be using it anymore as I left Germany. Is it possible to do it here?
Hi @Mari97 ,
you can use this form (and send it to the address mentioned in it) in order to both deactivate your prepaid card and order the transfer of the remaining sum from your prepaid account to your bank account.
In it, you'll need to name the SIM card number as well as your phone number, along with your address and bank account details.
Please keep in mind that your SIM card will definitely be deactivated once you've send the form in.

Hello! I was looking at the form and i thought you meant send it by e-mail, its almost imposible for me to send it through mail because I´m out of the country and its really expensive. Also I don´t wish to get my balance back as i don´t have a german card anymore. Can i do this process differently and more simple? Is it possible for me to just stop using the SIM and get deactivated after some time?
Hey @Mari97 ,
if you don't want your balance back, just don't use the SIM for 6 months. After that, the SIM will deactivate itself. :)
Best wishes,
Juliane
