Dear Tobiash,
thank you for the offer, I agree with a new tarif for the same price but with 3GB data. But can you answer some questions:
1. How much data in roaming is possible to use?
2. Is it possible to order one more SIM card with the same number and service for using it in another device?
Thanks in advance!

Hi @SergChu ,
I am happy that you like my offer.
I confirm that you will have 3 GB data volume (instead of 1,5 GB).
With this new tariff you have 3 GB available also in all European countries (except Switzerland). This means that you can use roaming just as in Germany. Is that not great?
Additionally, you have the possibility to order 2 additional multi-cards and 7 data-cards for free. If you have a device that supports eSIM, you can get an eSIM as well.
So, would you like to accept my offer?
I look forward to your reply.

Hi. Tobias.
Thank you so much for your prompt reply. I accept your offer but would like to check on the following:
- if I wish to receive one normal SIM and one eSIM (I have iphone XS), how much would that cost, and
- please advise when this new tariff would function?
Thank you for your assistance,
Kind regards,
Sergiy

Hi @SergChu ,
thanks for your reply.
If you wish to activate an eSIM, you need first of all a multicard. In the tariff "o2 Free S Boost" a multicard is free. Also the registration for the eSIM is for free. So, no additional costs.
According to your wish, I have now prolonged your tariff for 24 months. The tariff change will take place within 48 hours.
Additionally, I have already sent an additional multicard to your address. You will receive a multicard within the next 5 days.
Please activate the card under this link: www.o2online.de/service/sim-karte/bestellen-aktivieren/
Please click the button "Ersatz-/Zusatz-SIM-Karte aktivieren".
Afterwards, you can registrate yourself for an eSIM in your "Mein o2"-App or under "Mein o2". Additional information concerning the eSIM, you get here: www.o2online.de/service/sim-karte/esim/
I hope I could help you with this information. Thanks a lot for your trust.

can you help me with some more questions:
- I have got a letter that your company cannot send eSIM to Czech Republic, so my order was cancelled. Is it possible to get this eSIM in the 02 shop, for example in Dresden?
- I have got a letter with a link to confirm my email address, but this link does not work. Can you update my email address in your system? It is the same as it was for many years xxxxxxxxx
Thanks in advance,

Dear Tobias,
I have got another letter with a link to confirm my email address, but it does not work again.
May be it is because I am not in Germany?
I s there any other way to confirm it?
Thanks for your answers.

Hi @SergChu,
thanks for your requests.
If you like to activate an eSIM for you, you first of all need a multicard. Unfortunately, we do not send a sim-card to Prague.
Therefore, if it is possible for you, please go to one of our o2 shops of your choice here in Germany. You can find a shop in your area by using this link: www.o2online.de/shops/
After activating your multicard, you can registrate yourself for the eSIM. Please use the "Mein o2"-app or our website "Mein o2".
Additionally, I have just sent another e-mail to you to verify your e-mail-address. Please try to confirm the link. If it does not work, please try different internet-browsers.
I hope it functions this time to confirm your e-mail-address.
Hopefully I could help you with this information.

Hi @SergChu ,
I regret that the link to verify your e-mail-address does not function well. Unfortunately, we have no other way to confirm your e-mail-address.
But do not worry. As long as we have your e-mail-address in our system, everything is fine.

Dear Tobias, I have a problem:) I am in an official shop o2 in Dresden in Prager Str. 15, and they refuse to give me a milticard. They say it is becouse I have no German address.
Would you be so kind to help me to solve this problem?

Hi @SergChu ,
thanks for your message.
Sorry, but I did not expect that you will get problems in the shop.
You have now 2 possibilities:
I regret that you have this difficulty now. Please let me know if you still have a German address.

thanks for your message.
Sorry, but I did not expect that you will get problems in the shop.
You have now 2 possibilities:
- Either the shop registrates the eSIM for you and hands out the multicard to you. But it seems that the shop is not ready to do that for you.
- Alternatively, we change your contact address to a German address. The question is only if you have a company in Germany with a German address. If this is the case, we just do a change of the contract owner for you.
I regret that you have this difficulty now. Please let me know if you still have a German address.
Loving greetings,
Tobias
Dear Tobias,
Thanks for your answers.
I send you our shipping address in Germany:
Please be so kind to send me multicard to this address. But dont change the address in my contract, the Czech address is very important for Tax Office in Czech Republic. Is it possible to do so, to put this German address and a person as a shipping address only?

Hi @SergChu ,
I regret, but this is not possible as we only send multicards to your contact address.
But I have another idea: What about your existing sim-card?
Do you still need this sim-card for anything else? If not, you just can change this card to your eSIM.
Is this a solution for you?
I look forward to your reply.

And one more question: when I get and activate a new SIM, will the old one be still working?

Hi @SergChu ,
thanks for your message.
That is great news. I just sent a multicard and a datacard (for you ipad) to the German address. You will get them within the next 5 days (it may take a few days longer because of the holidays).
I hope that at last the issue is solved soon and you are able to use an eSIM.
