Hello,i have one problem and i don't no can i resolve,i make a new contract with a new Handy and i receive an e-mail to pay 119€, i make a transfer from my Account to Telefonica with a ref: Like send to me..now i see another mail say i must pay 119€ with accept mail,
If i pay again i lose119€, because if i won't pay all the Handy i don't make a contract.
My problem os because i don't speak German..
Anyone can hellp me please..

So, do you mean you have to pay 119€ for making a mobile contract?
Or is it the first fee for your hardware/ smartphone?

Hello Jessica, I already had a contract with O2, and now I made one more for my wife. However it was requested a value to suit the new equipment a huwaey 9 mate to which I had to pay 119 € As I do not know German, at the time I received an email with the reference and the account number and made the transfer to it, after a few days I received another mail to pay through accept mail, Or I paid 2x 119 € and to this date no one has given me back the value ... How can I ask for this value back? greetings
