Sorry for asking in English as my German is not very good yet. I lost my new Samsung Galaxy S8 plus phone while I was traveling abroad. I got the phone from O2 with the monthly plan and postpaid sim card. I was using another sim card at the time, so the O2 sim card is safe. My question is: is it possible to get a replacement phone from O2? What are the procedures to follow and the conditions for getting a replacement phone? Thank you in advance.

You won't get a replacement phone, because you bought the phone from o2 and pay for it monthly (it's a kind of credit). You will have to continue paying for the lost phone until the end of the 24 months. In addition, you can buy a new one from o2, but also for the new one you will have to pay additionally.
