My O2 Account doesn't work!

Can anybody help me! its been a month that my online account doesnt work and I cannot get through with Hotline and none of the shops seem to have power to help me!  I really dont know how can I get this fixed. I need to activate a Simcard and the link for that is not working as my account got some problem. I wrote them an email but I cannot check if they answered :frowning any idea ( I assume if they would have answered me then I would get a notification on my email account)

The Hotline ist overstrained at the moment. Please call later, at night-time, because the chance to get help is exceeded by day.

 

This link doesn't work for activation of Simcard?

Thanks for your care and answer ☺️ I tried that link and it will go to my account area which gives me the error that I have attached here on this post! would you please suggest me a time in which I can get through the Hotline. btw, I am not so confident of my German to just write in German 😛 so I appriciate your help a lot. I understand German very good though!

I suggest to contact the Hotline at (for example) 11 pm or later. The Hotline is permanently manned.
