Yes please. I only joined to see if someone could help because I was getting nowhere with the email support and I can't use the hotline or online chat because i don't have an O2 number anymore but it seems like this isn't the right place. I'll try writing a letter and if I don't get a response then I guess I'll have to give up and O2 will get away with theft. Thanks anyway.
