Cancel song purchase or please use my voucher

I purchased a song but did not download it. I wanted to use the voucher but unfortunately, it did not work that way. It shows that i purchased the song for 1.49 Euro. Could you please redeem my voucher in my account or refund this by canceling the purchase.
