what to do next after receiving confirmation email from the company allowing to cancel the contract?

Hi customer service,

 

I have already fax documents regarding terminating the contract and I have also already received the email from the company confirming that I can terminate my contract. My problem now is that the company does not say exactly the date that all the fees will be deducted. I will leave Germany this Saturday and I will close my bank account tomorrow. Under my understanding, now I have to pay the 3-month installation as a one-time penalty fee for ending the contract before the agreed date. My last premium was debited from my account today and this premium is for 05.06.2014 – 04.07.2014. My questions are;

 

1. When will my number be officially stopped? I filled in the cancellation form that I want to terminate the contract today but I can still use my number now.

2. How can I pay for the 3-month installation penalty fee as I will close my bank account tomorrow. Any other options?

3. What else do I have to pay besides the 3-month installation penalty fee?
