Urgent"need to talk to someone from o2 concerning my handy contract".

Hello I have a contract (contract number "xxxxxx") for a mobile phone with a

total cost of 721 euros.

I paid 121 euros on the day of purchase.

On these dates a 25 euro debit was made each from my account (14th of September 2017 ,
16th of October 2017 and 15th of November 2017)

Then I paid a 100 Euros cash at the o2 shop for 4 installments on the 11/11/2017
(Thus for the months December 2017, January 2018, February 2018 and March 2018 )

Then on the 14/02/2018 I paid another 100 euros cash payment also for another 4 installments

(April 2018, May 2018, June 2018 and July 2018 )

On 28.03.2018 I was to receive a refund of 100 euros which was then credited to my contract
for 4 different installments.

Then the remaining installments continued as Followed ( debit from my account)

16th of August 18
14th of September 18
15th of October 18
15th of November 18
14th of December 18
15th of January 19
14th of February 19
14th of March 19
15th of April 19
15th of May 19
17th of June 19
16th of July 19

So in total I have made 27 installments each of 25 euros (675 euros) plus the 121 euros making it a sum of 796 euros.

But now in my mobile phone account, it shows I have one more installment to pay.

I hope you revert this ASAP.

The system can be slow, you can just wait a bit. An o2 employee will be able to look into this for you, if you linked this forum account to your number.
