Hi. Can someone from O2 explain me my bill? I am just 2 months onboard and while the first bill was more or less as i expected, the second one is not.

Hi @Mr_Angry,

welcome to the o2 community!

The thing that (quite understandably) makes your bills a little bit confusing at first is the fact that the first billing period starts and ends on the first day of your new contract. This means that apart from the initial connection charge, there was hardly any other sum visible on the first bill to compare it to a regular monthly bill.

But I think there may be a misunderstanding: the monthly fee for an o2 Free M Boost (with 20 GB) is 34.99 EUR.
That is what your number -688 is charged for on the bill.

The second contract ( -685) is an o2 Free M Boost as well, for which you get the promo discount of 50%. This is why it says "12,50 EUR Promo Kombi Vorteil" and "5 EUR Vorteil für o2 Kunden" on the bill which is the amount being deducted from the second number.
That means that your second Free M Boost costs 17.49 EUR per month, and that's what you're being charged for.

I hope this clears things up.
Best regards,
Jan.

What do you think is wrong with your bill? What part of it do you not understand?

Well, i have signed up for Free M Boost 20 which costed 24,99 and another phone number with 50% discount (so another 12,49). In total monthly 37,5 EUR. My first bill was 41,68 wich is ok, since i have to pay 5 EUR for e-sim conversion. But my second bill came in for 56,67.

And i can’t really find in the contract itself any prices that i have signed for.

Have a look at page 2 of the bill. There you can see everything you have been charged for and any discounts applied. What seems to be wrong? You can post it here if you wish, but please remove any personal information first.

That’s still 52,49 and not 56,67.
But the thing is, when i was signing up for the contract at O2 store, i wanted two Free M contracts with 10 GB + e-sim. The lady told me, that conversion to e-sim costs one-time 5 eur (plus 2,5 for the second contract) and for that amount i will also get a “boost” to 20 GB (i assumed one-time for 1 month as well). In the end it looks like i’ve got 2-year 35 EUR + 17,5 EUR contracts.

Hi @Mr_Angry,

the margin between 52 and 56 EUR is caused by extra services ("Verbindungen & Services") not covered by the flat rates (for example, like text messages to non-EU countries or calls outside the EU).
You can check them in the itimized bill ("Einzelverbindungsnachweis") that is downloadable in your Mein o2 account.

The Boost option is a regular part of your contract, and it comes with another advantage apart from the increased data volume of 20 GB:
You can add 2 additional multicards and up to 7 data cards without any extra fee for each number. If you had the Free M (without the boost), each of those cards would cost 4.99 EUR per month.

Best regards,
Jan.
