Check your used data volume. If free contingent is used, than datacards are cancelled to 32 kbit edge.

Hi Denner

i have still 18bg left on both cards and 3 days to go for my billing date so there is lots of volume left.

Than check the AGB. Maybe if you are not in Germany, than the Datacards are someway limited?

I’m in Germany and haven’t left the country. What is the AGB and how do I check that?

@venkie9910 AGB means in German Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen. Here stand general information like that you must pay your bill, than you can cancel your bill and so on.

now your problem. Can you you post what tariff you (incl. the year in the tariff Name) Than i hope that you use here in the forum and the My O2 customer center the same E-Mail. If yes, a O2 moderator can look in your customer data.
If your pad can’t read the SIM card, than its look really, that the sim is damaged.
If you have luck, a o2 moderator send for free a new SIM card. Have a little patience.
