Rechnung

Hello,

I am not confortable with the bill sent to me. When my tarrif was to be changed, I was told I do not need to pay any charge. Viewing my bill, I noticed that an amount of 42.0168 (Tarifwechselgebühr (durch Kundenbetreuung) - 11.12.2010 42,0168 was charged. I am requeting the return of that amount.
