Hi customer service,

I am a student studying in london and I have a o2 contract for 19.99 per month. Howver, I was always charged a higher price even after sending my student ID card Repeatedly to O2 through fax and speaking to the customer care.

Now load-month, I got a message for what it fixed and a new bill of 21.44 for the period June-July. The amount which deducted on the 14th of July.

This month I get a bill for 63.61 months with load fee that is attached. What is the meaning of this? Please correct it.

So for the period I was charged a higher rate even though I was a student (the Entire 2013) The office in Zeil, Frankfurt Said The money would be Reimbursed. Please let me know if this is the case.

Hi Royce,

I am so sorry that obviously there is a billing problem regarding your flatrates. I have sent a note to the responsible department that should try to solve this conclusively if possible. In the meantime I initiated that you'll be reimbursed the fee for the flatrate that should be discounted.

You're actually charged the monthly fee for this month and the month before minus the reimbursement you mentioned that has been set off against the usual fee. Additional costs amount due to connections to other networks than those covered by flatrates.

Best regards,

Ilona
