Phone order not confirmed since yesterday

Hello,

yesterday afternoon, I placed an order for the iPhone Xs, and received the first initial email confirming that my order was received, and asking me to wait for another confirmation email that should’ve been sent within few hours. It’s already been a day with no further emails, any ideas why?
