o2 worst and cheater

Hello to o2 componay.
I just sign a contract with you, and the price offered me was 10 euro . But aftwr bills stat to come i found out it is 29 euro and more interesting thing is no body not response for it. I already wanted to cancel this contract but it is impossible.
The other thing about internet conection, dsl. Unfortunetly i made a big mistake and took my home conection from your company and i am hundered percent regret!
No help to conect no customer service, no even an intermidiate level web site. I feel i has been cheated by you company unfairly.
Every things in worst i have not ever seen befor in any company. Thousand percent not happy with you.

I have looked into the matter, and from what I can see, this is how things stand at the moment:

You have a mobile contract with us (o2 Free M with 10 GB), I don't see any discounts for that, so I cannot confirm that you were offered a contract for 10 EUR.
However, your DSL contract is now up and running (confirmed on 11th June), and that contract has a combined discount of 15 EUR per month.

You can check all details regarding your contracts at your Mein o2 account.

If you feel there are details which differ from what you were promised, please refer to the shop in which you made the contract.
