No Service New Contract

Hi,

I recently signed up for a contract with O2 and received an iphone XR . I activated the sim as per instructions , but there was no service. I contacted the customer care about 4 times. I was told that, there was a technical error during the Sim activation and it is being fixed and I get the same message everytime I contact. During my last communication, I was told that I would receive an email, but havent received it. Its almost 4 days since I received my phone and unable to use it. I would like to cancel my contract if it is not fixed by tomorrow. can you tell me the procedure for this please.

welcome to the o2 community!

Due to the initial error, the successful activation of your SIM card did not appear in our data system at first.
But I just checked your account and you were sent the email with all the details regarding your contract today, and your phone number has been activated as well. ☑️

Is everything now working as you wanted it to?
