I purchased a Prepaid M Aktion, as part of joining o2 (you pay for 2 months and get 3), but this was cancelled without notice after the first month and I received no refund for the other 2 months.
I got in touch with o2 regarding this, and they said because I purchased a Prepaid M it auto cancels the M Aktion, and there is nothing they can do about this. They offered to give me 50% of the moneys I paid back, but this is not acceptable.
When purchasing the Perpaid M, I thought I was buying a data package (as the app is in German and cannot be changed to English). When I made this purchase I received no warning that my M Aktion will be cancelled because of this.
I now had to buy a 19 EUR data package in addition to all the other services I bought from o2 to carry me over for the next month because of this limitation in their system.
Seeing as o2 cancelled my Prepaid M Aktion without notice, I expect a full refund of that package.

as@Sandroschubert already mentioned, we cannot give you any different details than what you were informed about at the hotline:
You purchased the Prepaid M pack, which replaced the Prepaid M Aktion pack, therefore, the latter was deactivated. The packs are not added on top of each other, a new one replaces the former pack.

When purchasing this new package, by accident, I was not warned that the other will be replaced, it just happened and now I am not refunded for o2's decision to de-activate my other package. They simply cancelled my fully paid package and kept the funds.
How would you rate any of this as fair towards me, the user? As a compromise (seeing as you will not re-activate my remainder package): I am willing to pay for the 1 month Aktion M, and expect the rest to be refunded, seeing as I paid this in advance. (ie I will pay: 29.98 / 3 = 9.99 EUR and expect the remaining 19.99 to be refunded)

by ordering a new package this will always replace the recent used one.
You paid the prepaid m for 2 months and used one, so i will refund you the second month (14,99) as an individual compromise.
