Hello,

I came to Germany and I expected to study there for 2 years. Apparently I decided to change and to go to college in another country.

So I cancelled my contract in O2 shop in Ueberlingen on the 12th of July. I brought all the documents and paid everything.

Assistant in the shop approved that everything was done.

Today I got email about the bill for the last month.

I tried to log in the system on this website to contact someone from O2. But I could not, my number is not valid for the website anymore.

I guess, my account in Germany is not valid anymore. But I am confused about this email.

Respocible people, please contact me!

Hello Anna,

I suggest you to write a E-Mail at vertragskunden-kontakt@cc.o2online.de and explain your situation.

Do you have cancelled your contract at the shop? You have to cancel the contract in written form.

The fact that you can no longer log in suggests that the account has been cancelled, but even after the cancellation of the contract you will receive a final invoice for services used since your last invoice. Customer service will be able to send you a copy of this invoice.

The mail address vertragskunden-kontakt@cc.o2online.de is the correct one to use, but the response times can be quite slow. If you don't want to call the hotline alternatively you can send a private messsage to one of the moderators here (users with the prefix o2_) with your details and they should be able to send you an invoce as well. Might be quicker.
