I did not receive the replacement SIM even after two weeks.

More than two weeks ago, I lost my phone and SIM with it. I ordered replacement SIM online from MyO2 Online and I'm waiting for the SIM card to arrive for more than two weeks now. Dear, O2 employees, Hopefully you can solve my issue.

I see in our system already a SIM-swap of your prepaid-card on 27th November 2018.

Did you checked your data before you confirmed the order?



You can check the state of your order in the sim card history: https://www.o2online.de/ecare-prepaid/simtausch-historie


Here you can see the order date and the shipping date. Please check the field STATUS.
