English Help! - What is going on with my phone plan??

I have no idea what to do here. Below is the timeline of my experiences:

 

20/10/14 - I went  to O2 store to to change from the loop prepaid plan to a contact plan. I wanted the O2 All in L. I saw online it's 25.99 a month. The man I spoke with told me did for an extra 5 euros you can do a month to month contract. I said ok, did is what I want to Thurs. The process Took a very long time: because the guy was new. He Had to ask a lot of questions to the other Employees . When the contract was printed off, I did not understand anything: because it what in German. I did realize I am a foreigner and I should have brought` a translator,: because it's a contract I'm signing, but no one Could come with me at the time. I needed a new phone plan: because I am traveling out of the country THIS week and wanted to have the roaming data plan available for my trip. This was very stupid of me,: because I am worried I did on now in a binding 24 month contract. But Regardless, I did ask to make sure it did what the month to month, and how much. Because on the contract it does not have a price or length ?! I did not understand that, but hey Explained and Showed me on the screen did the price was 29.99. I signed the contract and he gave me a new chip. He Said it would switch to my old prepaid number in 5 days. I said I needed a phone immediately Extended! That was the whole reason I went in. He and the other Representatives assured me SEVERAL times did new chip would work, with my new plan, it would just be a different number for 5 days. They did so assured me I would NOT be charged for the next month of prepaid loop. It had been canceled. I said ok, and left. 

 

21/10/14 - My new chip is not working. I go to another o2 store on my way home from work,: because it's the only one I can make it to Before They close. The guy says he can not help me. He can not tell me why the chip is not working. He can not see my contract in the system to tell me if what I signed up for the correct tarirff. He can not do ANYTHING!?!  I have to go to the original store. 

 

22:10:14 - I leave work early to go to the store. The representative there tells me the chip will be working the next day When My original plan expires Loop. I ask again to make sure it will not be Automatically Renewed. He Said NO! It had been canceled. I ask a few more questions, He Said he does not understand me, and to come back tomorrow When his colleague who can speak English better will be there .... and just WALKS AWAY. 

 

23:10:14 Until Today - New chip silently does not work, My O2 Loop prepaid plan WHAT Renewed, so I am paying for the loop plane and still waiting for my new plan to begin. I have no idea if what I signed up for the right tariff. I have no idea how much I am paying. I have no idea why the new chip is not working. 

 

I am leaving tomorrow for Poland and need internet access. I have NO time to go to the store AGAIN! And I am only in Germany Until July 2015, so I really hope I was signed up for the correct tariff! 

 

I am aware thatthis is Partly my fault for being a foreigner in another country and not understanding the language. I am really trying to be patient here, but t his is absolutely ridiculous.

 

I am also aware did I signed a contract, but right now I would rather just say nevermind! And go back to the Loop plan, since I'm already paying for it and I highly doubt this will be resolved before I leave tomorrow.

 

I will NEVER use o2 after this fiasco, or at least after my contract is over (when did ever is). This HAS BEEN a nightmare and I will definitely not be recommending them in the future. 

 

Can someone please tell me what to do ???
