Contract termination from outside of Germany

Hello

I am Asma Redwan. I have a 24months contract on the phone which will be completed this May 2018. Last year October I have come to USA for a job for 1year. That's the time to sign up for a contract. But I have not received any reply. I thought maybe when my contract is finished. But still now I'm being charged from my German bank account. But I'm not using the phone for 1 year.

Please let me know what I can do. It's so fraustrating and annoying.

So for them as well I need to terminate in this way?

No. The form is only usable for o2 customers, not for simfinity customers. Please contact the simfinity hotline for support.

Hello

That time I have sent my one way ticket and visa form for USA for contract termination. But I haven't got any reply and I was being charged the bill from my account. I thought maybe when my contract will be finished I will be automatically terminated. But still now I am being charged from my German bank account. But I am not using the phone line for last 1year.

Please let me know what I can do to terminate my contract permanently. It's so fraustrating and annoying.

You have to pay for the contract until it is terminated.
