contract extention


Hello, i am an O2 existing customer. And my contract will expire in 6 months. I would like to get a new phone Samsung S23 256gb green. Is it possible to get a better offer. I have been an O2 customer for the last 4 years, and there are really good offers in the market, and don’t want to change. Hope I can get a better offer

Thanks for the offer. but still a bit high. I already applied though “Corporate Benefit”, where the offers are really good. I am not sure if you can see it. it would be great if the process of this extension can be faster and I receive the mobile phone sooner.

Currently I found a nice deal at Samsung from O2, Vodaphone has a similar one. Is it possible with this one. 33 pro month, and for einmalig 39. If it’s possible then I would be happy to extend.Yes my email is correct. This email is also connected to mein O2 account. Thanks!

Thats the the thing, why as an existing customer we will not get a better deal, where as a new one gets a very good deal. I surely not extend my contract for 64/mo, then I will go for another provider. I hope I can get a better deal and stays with O2. Lets see. Thanks!

The price shown is for a new customer! Resellers set their own prices and are often cheaper than the providers because they are able to calculate differently.

Yes could you please send me an email for S23, 256 Green and S22 256gb as well? Hope I get a better deal. Thanks! I also have corporate benefits from my company, if its lower than that I will definitely consider that.
