Cannot use sim

Hello,

Maybe someone can help me. today i received that o2 could not charge money from bank account and my balance was -4 euros. I have paid manually and now everything is okay on my balance.

But after that, i cannot make any phone calls and cannot use the internet.

Could you please help?

Your SIM-card should be free for use, it's not blocked anymore, as far as i see. Can you please start you smartphone again and check it?

    Hello!

    Your SIM card will be activated automatically. Can take a few hours.
    You should shut down and restart the phone from time to time (no fast restart!)
    If the status of your SIM card does not change tomorrow, please ask for help again

    Hi, thanks for reply.

    It has been already for 4 hours but no any update. did shit down in every 60 mins. Still no success.
