Guten tag,

 

Sorry i have to talk in english so i can clear things more , we bought a samsung galaxy from Gronau westfalen O2 shop and we should pay 22.50 euro pro monat and 5 euro for sim card, we had problems and mahnung first 2 months because the worker there said that there was no money in the account today i got a letter from O2 that i have to pay 385 euro because we didnt pay the last 3 Raten although there was money in the account and from my bank auszug O2 has never tried to take money from my account only the 5 euro and not the 22.50 euro, and now i have to pay 385 euro because the worker there has made a mistake with the vertrag can you please tell me how can i fix this problem , thank you so much in advance

We try to got money from bank. The last time we had to try this on the 10th October, but your bank "Sparkasse Gronau" canceled this. We send you the information about that on the 30th October with a sms, but we don’t got an answer from you.

 

Because we still don’t have the money (3 month later), we canceled the o2 my handy contract and we want now the full price from your smartphone.

We try to got money from bank. The last time we had to try this on the 10th October, but your bank "Sparkasse Gronau" canceled this. We send you the information about that on the 30th October with a sms, but we don’t got an answer from you.

 

Because we still don’t have the money (3 month later), we canceled the o2 my handy contract and we want now the full price from your smartphone.
