I canceled my contract back in July by mailing the necessary forms as well as paying for the next three months of fees totaling around 75 Euros. Additionally I received confirmation from o2 that my contract had been canceled.



This morning (13/8) I received an email saying I am being charged 94 Euros for monthly fees (19 Euros) and additional services (58 Euros) with the 19% VAT. I paid in person in store for my last month (the month of July) and I moved back to the US. I have not used my german SIM since the 28th of July. I did not use the card in the US, when I arrived I had my phone's data and roaming turned off with airplane mode on until I switched back to my US SIM in the airport.



I already paid 75 Euros to cover the next three months of fees. I do not understand why I am being charged almost 100 Euros weeks after I paid for and canceled my contract with o2.

I looked at your bill. The € 58.10 are not "additional services" but "one-time charge" for the remaining term of your contract.

Where and when did you pay the 75 €?
