Amount deducted but wrong Data pack extension

Hi! It's a terrible experience to work with Mein O2 App. I had earlier 2 packs active.…

1. Prepaid Data Pack S and 2. Prepaid Data Pack L and since I consumed all 4 GB of data for data pack L, then today I recharged with 20 Euro Guthaben. The moment, i recharged my account, it automatically extended the data Pack 'S' but since I wanted only Data Pack L to be active, i immediately cancelled the subscription of Data Pack S and I consumed 0 mb of it and now I have no internet, also my 9.99 Euros have been deducted. Please refund my money or extend my data Pack L.

Unfortunaty you hat to packs which were waiting for activation. Right now only the l pack is left.
I gave you a one time refund for the last booking.

@Abhi30 i am glad that everything is fine now. Please do not forget, to edit your options in your Mein o2 Area. If you ordered the xl package, then there should be the l and the xl option. When you yre charging up your customeraccount, then the l package should be activated. So deactivate it, like you did with the s package 😍
