Accidentally Terminated a Prepaid Data Pack That I Still Wanted to Use

Good day,

 

I bought the “o2 Prepaid M” pack for 17.99 and I accidentally clicked on “terminate contract now” instead of “terminate at end of term.” It happened because the o2 app is in German only and my German isn’t that good which made me misunderstand the meaning of the option. I would appreciate it if I get a credit refund for it or an alternate solution. (It was purchased and terminated in under 5 minutes)
