Zugangs pin - Red light info led

Today my router is kaput ... The info led is red and when entering the router configuration it asks me for zugangs pin ... I have no idea what that pin is ... and I can't get anyone on the phone

Moin Moin,

together with the router you get normaly a letter with you phone number an the pin to setup your homebox the firsttime.

This pin is needed. With some luck you could find it in Mein O2 click this LINK.

On the right side you should find Vertragsinformationen with some luck you could find the letter with the PIN as an PDF. Otherwise you have to ring the O2 Hotline.
