Wrong DSL bill for 2 years and there is no customer service at all

Hi O2 customer service,



Please check the following problem:



"I have the quick start SIM binded with my VDSL and in the contract it should be free for the first 3 months and if I don't use it, for the following months it's still free, if I use it there is a daily charge. Actually when I ran into the 4th month, I started to receive bill with this SIM card charged as Surf Flat M which has additional 15EUR on my bill.”
