Wrong bill for over 6 months and no body fix it.

I was told twice the O2 will fix the problem and now I get feedback I need to come to English forum and complain it again.

O2 is charging me every month additional 15€ with the QuickStart mobile number which is not able to use at all.

Is there anybody who can fix the bill issue?

it's another year now, I have tried Email, Facebook, everything, just no one can solve the issue.

I called 1&1 today to move the line, there is no other choice except leaving O2
