Wo finde ich meine vierstellige Kundenkennzahl?

I have booked an O2 DSL connection online. Since then I have received several emails, including a PDF of the contract document. However, they do not contain the 4-digit customer number. Can you send it again? I need it to sign in to my online portal.

    If you booked through o2online.de, you assigned this number by yourself during the ordering process.
    If you have booked through a third party, such as check24, the number has been communicated to you by the broker by e-mail. Look out for a 4 digit number.

    btw: The PKK is not your customer number.
