Wifi connected but no internet

Hi,
Since yesterday my home's DSL internet is not working. There are only two lights on the router, which are for power and the WLAN. I had plug off and on the router yet nothing is working. I troubleshoot the issue and it shows that the router is having an issue with the primary DSN server.
Could anyone please help.
Thank you.

Hello chloe,
unfortunatley we can not offer any other way of contact, sorry... :-/
If the router does not get a DSL connection there are several possible causes that will be checked during the call with the technician. It may be that the router itself is defective (if you have a compatbile router to th´est on your landline that could help), it could be the cables between the rouetr and the wall plug, it may be the wiring in the house or the reason may be somewhere else.
So I just can recommend to call again until you reach a technician, sorry... :-/
Regards,
Lars

Hello chloelimbp,
if the usual troubleshoots that you will find here do not help at all I can only recommend to call the technical DSL support. If you do not speak any german I suggest to call with a friend of yours who does speak german since we can not promise that you wioll reach an english speaking agent.
Regards,
Lars

Hi Lars,

Thank you for your reply.
I did everything and the internet connection is still not back online.
I called the number on the page yet when the machine routed the call to technician, the call is either hang up after a while while I am waiting or no one is talking after it was being picked up.
Any other way I can get the attention for help?

Thank you.
