Why SEPA mandate was asked after cancellation of DSL contract?

Hi,

I received confirmation of my cancellation of my DSL and I received a call and an email to provide a SEPA mandate for changes in my account?

How are these two related? and why should I provide SEPA mandate after cancellation of my DSL?

hello @sat,

as far as I can see, you changed the bank account so the SEPA mandate is obligatory.

The contract will be deactivated in October so there will be bills inkluding to this date, that is why you recieved the new SEPA mandate from us.
