What is the status of my DSL order?

I ordered DSL rate o2 my home L on February 28. That day, I received an email with a link to the status of my order. That link does not work ("502 - Gateway Error").

On March 12, I received an email from o2. o2 wrote that they tried to contact me by phone, however, I never received a call. The letter requests information about the previous tenant of the flat. I know zero information about the previous tenant or previous connection. Can you please help me to solve this problem? What is the status of my DSL order? Thank you.

We have been trying to reach you by phone. Please provide us with the following information:
- data of the previous tenant
- first and last name
- provider of the previous tenant
- phone number and cancellation date
However, we can not carry out the order without your feedback. The activation of your O2 DSL connection will not be possible in this case.
We look forward to welcoming you soon as a new customer and ask for an answer within the next 10 days.

Hi,

I don't know where the assistant got this information but we don't have a confimation on March 21st. My colleagues forwarded the given information on the former tennant today, so it is impossible to get such a quick response from the German telecom. You can cancel your day off the day after tomorrow. You will get further instructions by email.

Hi,

my colleagues sent you an email. Right now there is a line available on March 25th 2019. But we need information about the former tennant. Even though you tell us that there is no information about it at all pls tell my colleagues. It is important for the ongoing process.

You can call the customer service 089-78 79 79 400 to add these information. If you are asked for your telephone number pls be quiet. You will get connected.

Hi Manga,

I spoke to a person in an o2 shop and he told me that someone is coming to my house on 21 March for the installation of the DSL. So, I am taking a vacation day from work on 21 March. I expect to see a technician at my house. Is this information correct? Again, I have seen the email, and I replied to the email. Let me repeat, I HAVE NO INFORMATION ABOUT THE PREVIOUS TENANT. I am the first to move in to the flat after renovations, so in fact, there is no tenant that moved out recently. The landlord said "It is the first connection after refurbishment and the apartment has not been used by anyone before."

I am losing faith in o2 and I wish I would have subscribed to Vodafone or T-mobile because it is impossible to clearly communicate with o2. I always reply to o2's emails, but then I never get a response.

Really, really. I promise you, there is no way for me to know any information about the previous tenant.

CONFIRM that an o2 technician is coming to my flat on 21 March. I have already reserved a vacation day. Please do not waste my time.
