warum der Mehrwertsteuer für das internet kosten auch?

Hallo,

hier ist meine Rechnung für den Router und Internet. 83.16 für beide.
Warum sollte ich zu zahlen "Mehrwertsteuer" für Internet?
In Kontract Sie schreiben, ich zahlen jeden Monat 14,99. Jetzt können Sie auch auf die Mehrwertsteuer hinzu.

here is my bill for the router and internet. 83.16 is for both of them.
Why should I pay 'Mehrwertsteuer' for internet too?

In kontract you write I have to pay 14.99 every month. Now you add Mehrwertsteuer also on that.

    You are complaining about your monthly fee, right?

     

    As I read your bill you pay (without VAT)

    21,00 Euro für o2 DSL All-in S

    -8,40 Euro Erlass auf Produktgrundgebühr

    that makes a total of 12,60 Euro per month without VAT. With 19% Mehrwertsteuer you have a total of 14,99 Euro includiging VAT.

     

    Does that solve your problem?

    Invoice is correct. All invoices are net and VAT is listed separately (important for "Vorsteuerabzug").

    14.99 EUR is the price including VAT, so it is correct.

    okay, I explain in a different way. 

    The price for the router is 49.9

    the monthly payment for the internet is 14.x

     

    I have to pay after two months roughly 50+14+14 = 83 euro (i did not write the whole values, so the final is 83 omething).

     

    I agree with this.

    BUT, afterwards, they added 19% of that to the whole payment. 

    I am asking why. Since 14 euro was including this extra percentage.

    Everything is correct.

    I made you a table showing the net and VAT values. The first invoice is always a little complicated, because o2 charges you for one month in advance. They add the VAT to all the positions on the invoice, including the discounts. The sum of all the VAT-values ist 15,80 Euro.
