username/password for DSL...

Hello to all.

I wanted very much to become a client of o2. But after yesterday..

I was waiting one month to come somebody and to connect my DSL with the network.

After that nobody can tell me what i have to do to have internet.

I was calling the support line to tell me the username and password for the DSL.. nobody is speaking english.

So, can somebody tell me from where i can see this information and how can i get it?

By the Chat, they told me that i will receive them via email tomorrow - why .. nobody knows..

because of the system - people.. what is your system - with 1 CPU of 64Mhz or what?
